No hot water in the night. Called front desk but no one answered. Good location though. Hotel is true from its name: design hotels.

Great location, as expected!
The Hotel Deseo is right on 5th Avenue so the location is great. We knew it was a fairly minimalistic hotel with no room service, etc. so we were satisfied with the small breakfast options and the bar was great but usually opened in the evening. It was open during the day a couple of times and the drinks were made with freshly squeezed juices so they were quite tasty! It was usually quiet and not many poeple around during the day so a great place to chill by the pool and recover from the night before. It was loud because of the neighboring clubs on calle 12, so I threw in the earplugs a few nights to get sleep. Overall a good place to stay and location was perfect.
