Adults only resort with private beach access and incredible views
Aventura Spa Palace resort is located on the beach in the heart of Riviera Maya. Although all the "basics" -- such as multiple pools and a private beach -- of a Riviera Maya resort are in place, Aventura Spa Palace piles on the extras for active travelers. There are beach coves, a steam and sauna room, yoga hut, meditation pond, climbing tower and obstacle course. For nighttime entertainment, vacationers dance the night away at Andromeda disco. All Inclusive Gem
The Aventura Spa Palace was a great place to stay. The property is very large making it seem uncrowded. We really enjoyed the variety of restaurants and the service we experienced while staying.

Romantic & Peaceful
We have stayed at 2 Palace Resorts and have loved both of them. The food is great and their are many choices. We like that you pay one price and get the benefits at all the other Palce hotels in Cancun.

Very nice resort
The Aventura Spa Palace was a great resort! The only downfall for us personally was the beach. There is a lagoon surrounded by a beautiful reef, but no direct beach access. Rumor had it that it was why Palace Resorts had purchased ?Club Tulum?, for their guests to have the direct beach access. Club Tulum was beautiful too! White sands and clear blue water! The Aventura ran a complimentary shuttle a few times a day I think. We chose to take the $8 (each way) cab ride so we could come and go as we pleased. Your wrist band allows you to eat and drink there too. The resort was nothing like the Aventura though. It was very laid back and hardly anyone there? The food was not near as good either. The one other minor irritation was the time share sales. They capture you directly upon check in to make a breakfast appointment with them and to spend 90 minutes of your time for $200 in Spa treatment. We skipped it, but from what we heard, it was a pretty hard sell ? you had to keep insisting ?NO!? Overall it was a great vacation! The staff was friendly and the food was decent. It gets a bit old toward the end of the week because it starts to all taste the same. I would recommend this place to couples who don?t want to think about anything and are content with hanging out by the pool. If you enjoy being on the beach and in the water, I would suggest choosing another resort.

Great Vacation
The Aventura Spa Palace was a great hotel, great staff, but the food was just decent. They put us in a room that was clearly less than desirable. The next morning we were moved to a room that fit our requests. Great way to start a trip! That being said, things did get better but we probably won't make a return trip.

Good Place
My wife and I traveled here for our honeymoon and had a great time. First class service, beautiful weather, beautiful resort, nice rooms, decent food, and right on the ocean. The only negative thing to say about the hotel is there isn't really a beach. It has kind of a rocky shore, but if that does not bother you then it is fine. We did get screwed by our terrible concierge. He was never really around and we were unable to go to the Tulum ruins. By the time we did find him to book the excursion it was full. That was our only real compliant.
