The hotel itself was gorgeous and very comfortable but the staff kept bugging about a time share breakfast and they kept pressuring people to buy. It was very annoying, they also offered "discounts" which were not even worth it. However, the view from the hotel was amazing, even though it was kind of far from everything like the downtown and the stores. Bottom line I would recommend the hotel just stay away from the concierge.

One of the best trips i've ever had!! i loved the way they welcome you at the entrance of the hotel. And the rooms are amazing!! 100% warranty. i have gone to this hotel like 5 times!! don't hesitate and visit this incredible place.

Everything was great but the entertainment team was fantastic!! Isaiah and Jonathon - and team were amazing! If we come back, we need to know that they are still working there = don't let them go!! In fact, give them a raise to keep them - I have never in all my vacations have I met such a talented and customer friendly group - they really made our vacation one to remember!! Please thank them for us!

I have never met such professional and yet friendly entertainment staff - specifically Isaiah, Jonathon, Maria, Rose- they were absolutely the best!!! Very professional and yet approachable and friendly to everyone! If we come back, it will be because they are still there!! Otherwise, maybe somewhere else! Don't let them go!!

Highly recommended hotel with an excellent activity team. Thank you Isaías, Rossie and the rest of the team. We did water aerobics, kayaking, volleyball, stretching, walking. I tried to write thisalso in Spanish but I couldn´t as the system kept on saying I was using inappropriate language.

This place is awsome, in a great location, the service is good, but you need to know a few things: - this hotel belongs to a fractional ownership group that entices you on the property in order to sell you ownership (time-share type of thing, but the name got such a bad reputation that they changed it). You basically have to go to their presentation (2 hours at least) because the prices in the hotel amenities are otherwise ridiculously high. You get a discount if you attend their presentation. - internet access is extra ($15 per day) - if you go for dinner in town (Buscerias, La Cruz) you can get great food at a normal price. Overall I had a good time, but I felt that I overpaid for the services in the hotel.

Excellent service and staff. Clean and well maintained. Only dislike is the very hard sell to buy time share. If you attend a 2 hour presentation they will give you a 20% off card good at the restaurants, spa and the general store located on the property. When you say no thanks... they became testy. We have been there 3 times and enjoyed them all.

We had a great time here. Staff were very friendly, hotel is new and quiet. Pool is nice. Fish tacos at the pool were very good. Hotel is a very good value for the money. Every room has a balcony facing the ocean.

The 1200 sq ft one bedroom suite with a full ocean view was perfect for our family of four. The place is well maintained and housekeeping always did a great job. The heated pool is never crowded, deep enough to swim, but not too deep for 8 year olds. The all inclusive option is well worth it. Food in la carte restaurants is good and special buffet nights are fun. Servers are good, but service is a tad slow sometimes. Front office staff lack personality and warmth.
