The elegant RIU Palace Pacifico All Inclusive Resort offers a total vacation experience near Puerto Vallarta on Mexico's Pacific coast. Riu Palace Pacifico
Excellent hotel. Wonderful service. Stick to the mexican fare for lunch. It's the best thing on the buffet. Upgrade to the full ocean view - it's worth the difference. Rooms spotless. Great staff. wonderful entertainment. Perfect vacation!

"Most beautiful lobby"
This is a fantastic resort, we had great food in the buffet and ala'carte restaurants. The lobby is the most beautifully decorated, roomy and air conditioned room we have ever seen. (10th trip to Mexico). The staff went out of there way to make sure any thing you asked for was delivered.

Fantastic
My son got married. It was beautiful. The food was wonderful. We went deep sea fishing. My daughter swam with the dolphins. We were busy the whole time. We will be back!!Armondo was so much help. He was so sincere and so truthful. A fine young man.

Loved everything
We loved everything. The hotel was only 25-40% full so we got everything we wanted. The best drinks are in the hotel lobby bar/Piano bar. [...]. All the food was delicious. Everything was very clean and comfortable. I didn't think the bed was too hard. We slept great. Yes it's not in puerto vallarta but that what we expected as it's in Nuevo Vallarta. I don't mind the taxi ride and I like being on a better beach. The beaches in the city and marina area are not nice. There was always something to eat and we tried a lot of different foods. Things we didn't think we'd like we ended up enjoying. We can't wait to go back.

Exelent vacation
It was the most vacation that we had.The hotel is beautiful , the territory is very good gardeninig.the customer service is alwas helpfull,the service in restaurants and buffet were magnificent.We enjoied each evening shows.
