RIU Palace Pacifico All Inclusive

We felt SO pampered! Everything was great. The food was wonderful, our room was very clean an spacious, and the view was spectacular. Would go back for sure!!

My experiece was great. The staff are friendly, the hotel is very clean and the food is great.

I had a great time at RIU staff were great and attentive. Place was beutiful and clean at all times. The staff are doing a great job and try to accomodate everyone, very friendly and welcoming. I will definetely will go back to this hotel.

Very clean hotel! Staff was great, although front desk not super friendly or accommodating. Food was good but not exceptional.

The best part of this hotel was the view of the Ocean from the pool or from almost any room you could see the ocean. However the alcohol was diluted or watered down, there were only 3 restrooms on the whole resort and very far away, we had items stolen out of our room along with many other couples we talked too there, food was just average, I recommend going to Riviera Maya, Iberostar resorts way more variety food is better, friendlier people,

Great customer service. Reservations required at all but one buffet restaurant was a pain. Took two days to get a reservation. Buffet was set up horrible and difficult to get good fresh food especially at breakfast. Other restaurant food was great. Room service a nice perk but only has cold food. Lounge chairs at pool fill up quickly. Pool was nice but would have preferred an adult pool as well to get away from the kids and large crowds.

This was my first trip out of the Country and I loved it! The rooms are very clean and neat. The tiled floor is extremely well taken care of is beautifully laid. The food was amazing at every restaurant. I'm a big fan of the buffet and its diverse themes. I got a great tan sitting by the pool for hours a day. The pool is very clear and is cleaned every night. The staff was more than helpful and polite. There is enough to do at the Rio Palace to fill three or four days. It's also in a great spot for shopping along the beach and is within walking distance from the other Rio hotels. This is a great place for friends or a couples retreat. Defiantly an option for my honeymoon.

best hotel ever, excellent & helpfull staff to ensure every need is met. need to have an outdoor grill for burgers & such at the pool area for lunches & snacks. need to add a restroom closer to the pool area. would certainly return again & again.

This was the best all inclusive that I've ever stayed at and was nearly perfect from check-in to check out. This is definitely much more relaxed than the Cancun/Riveria May side of Mexico. The attentive service was non-stop. The room was wonderful and more than expected as the partial ocean view was 80% ocean/mountains. We were able to book all 4 theme restaurants with the Steak House being the favorite. The buffet food was very good but the variety tends to be the same over the course of a week. My only "complaint" is that there are no bathroom facilities at the pool so one has to walk either to the spa or lobby. I had read that the tub surface could be slick when stepping in and out of which is very true so one had to use extreme care when showering. Other than those two extremely minor inconveniences everthing else was awesome. I would definitely return to this beautiful paradise!!
