Hopeton
Nightmare!
Have stayed at this hotel in the past - and put up with its many shortcomings mainly because I go to Monterrey for business and just need a no-frills place to sleep. My so-called Master Suite had water pouring through the bathroom ceiling,and on changing to another Suite,found this bathroom floor also under water daily. This,coupled with the uncertain hot water supply, really made this trip memorable. This is basically a very old hotel in need of extensive remedial work.
