Located in the heart of Monterrey, near iconic and trendy attractions such as Macroplaza, Santa Lucia River Walk, Barrio Antiguo, and Bishops Palace.

Pleasant Stay in a Foreign Land
Let me start by saying I don't speak Spanish. The whole trip was pleasant. The language barrier was kind of thick but things worked out. Only a few staff members spoke English. It was occasionally inconvenient to use nouns and gestures to communicate. Especially in check-in and check-out times. The hotel was clean and beautiful. They have a small garden with a pool and a hottub. You can see the mountains of Monterrey from the hallway off your room. Room service was decent and usually took forty minutes. The room's wireless internet was slow. Which was sometimes a good thing. A reminder that I was in vacation and that the inter-world can wait a few days. The room was spacey and tidy. The staff was helpful and friendly. They knew me by my first name. They hook you up with taxis; every time I needed a cab, they'd radio one in and explain to them exactly what I wanted to do. I recommend this place. Please, if you decide to take a taxi here, make sure that the driver knows you are talking about the towers and not the hotel. They are five minutes apart.

Beautiful Hotel, Great Staff
Room was clean, Staff was great. Greetings wherever you walk, Excellent food a their Restaurant. FreeWi Fi in the rooms. Taxi service is safe because they call from hotel.

GREAT LOCATION GOOD ROOM OK STAFF FANTASTIC JACUZZI
Staff clueless about welcome gift and free drink never honoured as bar always closed. Room nothing spectacular but good. Location great, Oxo convenience store across street. Pool area wow and jacuzzi off the hook. When it is nice and cheap under 50bucks I will forget about ok staff.

GO check out the VIP cinema in the Valle Oriente it is off the hook with individual seat selection and waiters serving food and drink including liqour and leather recliner seats and doubles to sit with your honey with no obstruction.

Excellence!
The staff was very helpful in referring me to restaurants or giving me directions to places I was going and I was able to become familiar with the surrounding area and making me feel at home. The hotel itself was very clean and the service was excellent. I'll definitely go back.
