The location and the hotel are both amazing. Located in a very high end mall in a beautiful safe nieghborhood. I go to monterrey often and will only stay at the nh hotel going forward. For the price you seriously can't find anything better. -angel

Fun times with my future wife
Nice place to stay as I have stayed here before. Everyone is outstanding and the value is as well. However, this time I was somewhat surprised to notice a "smell" like sewer gas in the hotel lobby one day and in our bathroom throughout the five days I stayed there. I am only guessing it is a problem that they were working on since it was not present before. Other than that I am planning on being there again very soon.

Next best thing to a honey moon
I visited Monterrey for personal reasons. The location of this hotel was excellent. The staff most informative, especially since my Spanish is not all that good, yet. I enjoyed the quality of the room, the cleanliness, the friendly staff and perhaps even better, being located in a "mall". Went to a good coffee shop, had a good selection of food operations to go to and a movie theater as well. Parking is located directly below the hotel and is secure and cheap too. I am staying here again next month and would recommend this hotel as a value in quality for price.

Nice restaurant right across the street. Outstanding food and the night I was there, New Years Eve, great entertainment.

Need to upgrade Hotel Information Amenit
Is a very good hotel, location, image, but I didnt like that they dont have free parking available, I talk to the people in the lobby, but they said that the information on the website is not upgrade, because in the information (amenities) about the hotel says that they have Free parking and ist not true

Good hotel ....nice area
stayed for 2 days, but the hotel is located in an excellent area. Mall and movie theatre located adjacent. Plenty to do with walking distance. Definitly recommend going there a stay in MTY.
