Great Location
The hotel is located at Macro Plaza in the heart of Monterrey and is right on a great market walkway. At Macro Plaza there are many museums, art exhibits, and cathedrals to visit. The walkway just outside the hotel is many blocks long with several very good eating places and many shops and stores. The Hotel staff is extremely helpful and covered parking is provided free. The included breakfast is way beyond a continental breakfast. Many items are on the buffet breakfast and it should accommodate just about any persons taste.

GREAT PRICE AND GREAT LOCATION!
This hotel is not new, in fact it's a historic, well kept hotel. For the price, you're right in the heart of downtown and the MacroPlaza. Staff was very friendly and room was cleaned daily. If you're Finicky and everything bothers you, stick to the $200 and up, subpar and snooty hotels.

Great Service
The initail service was not good because I was assigned a single bed room without wi-fi as booked. Wne i alerted the front office I was sent a room without refrigerator so i opted to come back to the single bed room. after that service was good with friendly personnel. I really liked their complimentary breakfast. It's better than toher places i've been. A lot of food, drinks and fruits. hard to believe it was all free. Only if i had a big stomach!!!

Nice stay but...
One of the cleaning ladies, was rude and the size of the bathroom is really small and the water comes out from the bath area, the rooms really needs an upgrade since this is a very old hotel but the staff told us that it's on plans, the best part is the reception people they are really nice and willing to help you and the price.

Disappointing
Almost every aspect of this hotel was disappointing. From the checkin process who made me lose a night and find somewhere else to stay, to the ridiculous "pool", old and dirty furniture, super small room, etc, etc. I would definitively NOT recommend this hotel to anyone, it's not worth it at all.

HORRIBLE! Travelers beware
Hotel seems to be stuck in the 60's. Toilet, sink, and shower were not working. Room smelled like mildew, and water poured down from the above floor while my father was brushing his teeth. Kid you not it seemed like a fountain, to the point my father showered again. The hotel changed us rooms, and again the toilet and shower did not work. The sink was clogged up. Parking was horrible, and the sheets were ewwwwww I can't even describe. I would not recommend this hotel to no one. Made our vacation very stressful

not customer helpful
There was two people there a girl and a guy, the guy was extremely polite but the girl was sort of rude. I didn't like that they had no one to help us with luggage. The room was somewhat uncomfortable. The bathroom did not have an actual door it was a sliding fold door and the toilet was really close to the bathtub that you couldn't sit comfortably.
