Perfect place
You have an art museum, the fundidora museem(2 restaurants within the fundidora), an amussement park, event center, restaurant in the hotel, an area to ride bikes or jog, a canal where you can rent paddle boats, all within fundidora park. If you like the outdoors you're close to chipinque, where you can hike! the area was also safe.

need a transportation from the hotel to plasa sesamo, not taxi because waking is to long.....the fitnes room is in worst conditions!!!!!!!!

only one word the best hotel in all monterrey Executive room is the best of all executive room in which I have been offer breakfast and a dinner they calls canapes but it´s a complety dinner services is the best all staff was awesome if you travel for bussines or just hilidays you have to stay at holiday inn parque fundidora

Holiday Inn Parque Fundidora
This hotel is very nice, especially for the business traveler who happens to need easy access to the Cintermex exposition center. This could not be a more convenient location. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and can fluently communicate in English. The only negative comment is regarding the hotel's restaurant. The food is mediocre at best, especially the buffet breakfast which is quite expensive. The service in the restaurant is extremely slow as well particularly in the mornings. There are not too many options in the immediate area but if you don't mind walking to the downtown area or have a car you'll be quite satisfied.

El Cabrito del Rey is a great restaurant frequented by locals and features roasted baby goat. This is a regional treat that should not be missed!

Fantastic location
Awesome hotel for the price, good location, great view and near Attractions. Although, hotel rooms are great, although hotel lobby isn't as good as the rooms.
