We checked in late (11pm) and it seemed that they gave us an unready room, no Minibar and bathroom amenities, I think they thought we would go no longer and got our room to someone else. I didn't like that are not stairs, if you want to go to a different floor, you have to take the elevator. Breakfast and service in general was good.

Friendly and helpful staff
The hotel is confortable and well located. Reserving online helps you get a significantly better price. Staff members are helpful and polite.

Hot in Mexico
We went to Monterrey MX and had a great time seeing the 3rd largest city in Mexico. We saw the old iron factory to going from there on a man made stream to old downtown. Beautiful mountains, to almost a paradise feel with all the beautiful plants.

Everything was great except for no dining options. It rained during my stay and there was no room service. Had to go out in the rain to grab lunch & dinner.

close to US Consulate. short taxi ride. Across street to big shopping mall 1/2 block to nice restaurants all hotel is non smoking, even if in the reservation site accept your request for smoking room. complimentary brakfast not a big selection, but very good cooking room has sheer drapes, and at night the outside surronding area is well lighted, so it make it hard to sleep. tv plasma and room furniture is nice.

last minute travel
last minute reservation. check in was delayed 3 hours even though it was announced on internet at noon. check in was a pain, everyone seemed busy on the phone, no one would even try to look at us, i asked for extra towels and shampoo to the housekeeper, she gave me a look as if i was asking for a gigantic favor. [...]. doors to closet were a pain, temperature on the AC was impossible to control. overall if i had a choice i would stay elsewhere but the city was a mess due to a huracane. i would recommend if you dont care for service and are using it to sleep only.

it is literally a perfect location, is walking distance for everything and has multiple access points with a car, which on a huracane drained city was a blessing. you could walk to one of the largest shopping malls in town, walk to major restaurants and gyms.

Unbeatable location and fantastic servic
The location for the hotel is unbeatable, close by main avenues, Restaurants, mall, movie theaters, grocery store, gas station,etc. The staff was always ready to resolve your problems and made your stay more pleasant. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. I will absolutly go back and stay there again.
