good place

Have stayed at same hotel for about 7 times never had any problems with any thing these time the door did not lock and room smelled like wet carpet once I called the front desk they did come and fix the problem although it took them about 30 minutes to do so. other then that we had a good time and no other problems.

I would stay again

We have stayed at this hotel before it has always been clean this time the hand towels were stained had to ask for different wants.

appearances

as they say don't judge the book by its cover, this hotel seems to be top end, but its not till you actually stay in the rooms, you realize how much you are getting for your buck. I have stayed here several times, only because is the only hotel that is centralize to my business plans. It never fails, this time the faucets had poor maintenance so it was hard to close the water, wanted to enjoy the view of the cierra, couldn't the windows are very dirty, last but not least, it seems one of the empolyees decided to take a break in our room before we checked in, the coffee was used up, at least I would have appreciated if they had left me clean cups and new coffee.

UNHAPPY

FIESTA INN ROOMS ARE GOOD, WAITING TO REGISTER WAS VERY UPSETTING, HAD A WAIT OF 45 MIN. PERSONAL ARRIVING WAS VERY RUDE, LEAVING PERSONAL WAS VERY PROFESSINAL,NICE TO SAY GOOD-BYE. VERY INCLOSED, BATHROOM WAS VERY SMALL.

THE ONLY THING WAS A SUPERMARKET AND SOME SMALL STORES THE DOWNTOWN AREA IS LIKE 12 MILES FROM HOTEL, RESTURANTS ARE CLOSE BY.
