Save your money
Had to change rooms first day. All rooms had only one electrical outlet. Internet was not there except behind the front desk. There are several good hotels about a block away. Here all you get is a bed and shower. TV has only local channels.

There was no heat in our suite. It was uncomfortably cold!

The one redeeming quality of this hotel is it's location. It is a short walk from Bellas Artes.

disappointed!
We have stayed here before with good reviews. This time was the hotel from hell. Three bus load of children got off with very little supervision. They were up all nite, they even called our rooms at 4 am to make sure we didn't sleep. Where was mgmt?

I live, and have residence in the US. I am very happy with hotel San Francisco, this is my second time there; except for one thing: often, there, arrive customers that are very noise and the dispatchers, or people who is in charge do not keep the order during the nigth. Often, it is almost impossible to sleep until 3 a.m

Great location and nice hotel
Visited Cathedral of Guadalupe. Took a guided tour and visited many places. All in all, it was a great trip.

Good overall
Overall good. Friendly Staff. Good location. However, lacks safety deposits in your room (you are warned to put away all your valuables in the free safe boxes they offer - very unpractical). One thing: Wireless Internet sucks. If your travel needs include internet access, steer away from this hotel.

Great Value and Location
walking distance to alameda park, plaza de bellas artes, the zocalo, cuidadela, located along a main street which made catching taxis and busses simple, hotel had nice sized rooms (much more than i expected for what i paid), maids were efficient and nice, front desk staff spoke good english, check in and out took less than 3 minutes each, staf was very helpful with directions/info to local attractions...
