Great Travel Spot
We stayed at the Ramada Aeropuerto Mexico because we were flying out of Mexico the next day. The location was convenient, the staff was so warm and accommodating, and the food in the onsite restaurant was wonderful. Overall a great experience.

I did not enjoy this hotel. First of all, the roms have not windows but an transparent kind of interior shade . Restaurant's food was tasteless, and the front desk was unprofessional. For the value I think it is very expensive. I will not recommended it.

Very good airport hotel
... although not quite on the airport grounds, it's an easy walk across the freeway over the pedestrian pathway. Or you can just take the free shuttle leaving every half hour. The impeccably clean rooms are of modern design and bathrooms stone tiles add character. Although right in front of the freeway and the airport, the soundproofing is perfect, no noise comes to disturb your sleep. There is also a strong wifi connexion in all rooms. OVerall, relatively nice place to spend an overnight by the airport as it is sometimes needed.

Time-saving tip:
Short walk from hotel
Don't wait for the shuttle to Terminal 1 and just walk over to the airport via the overpass. You'll also find the metro stop (Terminal Aerea) there.

Exceeded my expectations
Hotel has a location at the airport. They have you waiting there, with drinks and cookies until the - free of charge - shuttle is there to pick you up. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room super-clean and comfortable, evenif not too spacious. LOVED the bathroom. Excellent value for money if you are spending a night in Mexico City between flights....

Great Place to Stay for Airport Connections
The hotel is a quick shuttle ride from MEX. Room and beds comfortable and quiet not super glamourous but very adequate. A little slow on check-in but otherwise attentive staff. Always someone there to lift heavy bags even if only a few feet away. Great buffet breakfast included with the room. I would stay again.

Great place to stay for tourists!
Conveniently located beside Benito Juarez Intl. Airport, this is a great hotel to stay in, especially for visitors new to Mexico City. A Ramada representative is located at Puerta (Gate) 4 and will call the shuttle to pick you up if you have a reservation. There is also an overhead walkway adjacent to the hotel allowing visitors to walk to and from the airport. The front desk staff are helpful and kind and thankfully speak English very well, which is a big help to non-Spanish speaking visitors. The restaurant serves a very good complimentary buffet-style breakfast. Clean, attractive, comfortable rooms with excellent bathrooms. Rooms also come with a safe where you may secure your valuables. All hotel staff members are kind and welcoming. I would gladly stay at the Ramada Aeropuerto again!

Excellent airport hotel
Do not expect to feel that you are in Mexico City. You are in one of those "neutral zones" that airport hotels around the world provide. But this one was definitely better than most right from the start. The Ramada office just outside ARRIVALS was staffed by a courteous woman who walked us directly to a waiting van, capably driven by a friendly driver. All of the people working the hotel desk were friendly and professional. The room itself was large, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The hotel restaurant was open late and provided a menu with an interesting range of dinner choices--definitely superior to most airport hotel restaurants. The buffet breakfast was astounding, offering something for just about anyone's taste. And the shuttle back to the airport was again efficient and friendly.
