Circle-shaped hotel inside Terminal 2 boasts cutting-edge amenities

Makes for easy travelling experience
Travelling with an elderly mother is a challenge and being able to stay in the terminal is just wonderful. The hotel is pleasant and clean but don't expect any extras - not even shower caps or a liile bottle of drinking water.

All good but the price!
The good: Obviously if you're just crashing for a long layover at terminal 2, this is the place. The room was very modern, clean, and spacious. The Bad: It was very expensive (stayed on a Wed. night, Jan 4th)! If you're a light sleeper, turn on the A/C or at least the fan which will drown out the faint music playing in the lobby. Also, the hotel layout can be confusing, depending on what room number you get. All in all, convenient, clean, expensive.

Can't beat the location for catching a flight
A serviceable business hotel with a professional staff, a sterile, modernist decor, and an elevator ride away from the airport. The room was large, very quiet and very dark with the blinds closed with a very comfortable bed that makes it a real sleep chamber. On the negative, there was no price list in the mini bar, the phone in the WC didn't work, and I was told that I couldn't make an 800 toll free call from the room, I had to come to the front desk. All considered, I would stay there again if my flight arrived late or departed early.

Great for a short stay
I was so glad that there is an airport inside the terminal for people who need somewhere to stay for early morning flights. My flight came in at 11pm and my flight to Tutxla left at 6am the next day. I needed somewhere clean to rest for a few hours. The staff was very friendly and the room was beautiful and very modern. The only complaint that I had was that the hallways were really dark but it was midnight. It is pricey for Mexico standards but the conviencience is worth it.
