Adjoining suites

Room was an adjoined siute. Could hear every word from the people in the adjacent suite. Asked front desk if I could change room. They said ok and they would send someone up to move luggage. No one showed up for 1/2 hour so went down to front desk to get key for new room. Told at that time that the person I had talked to earlier was mistaken and the hotel did not have any other rooms.

Excellent Hotel

The hotel was excellent. We had access to the executive lounge on the 16th floor. Great views, very relaxing. It was awesome! Full breakfast and dinner every day, saved us a ton of money and the food was excellent. Would highly recommend you spend the extra money for the executive lounge, well worth it!

Needs attention to details, lots of it.

Got to the hotel at 1AM and the front door was locked. Three minute later we were at the front desk and the manager informed me that ORBITZ had not paid for my room yet and that they needed to put a $900 hold on my credit card. Made it to the room and the beds were very small. Woke up sweating at 4am (AC was not working on my room). The security safe and phone were not working either. Give me a break!
