Great location
The hotel is near by Zocalo square, National Palace, Museo Mural Diego Rivera and Temple of Mayor. The Forkloric Ballet is also walk-able. The foods from Room Service was the best among buffets and restaurants in this hotel. The main street in front of Hotel is closed on Sunday for bycicles and joggers which will cause some traffic hassels. The only dissatisfaction from me was I couldn't fill up bath tub with clear water. I kept seeing black debris which made me giving up the tub shower.

Great Place
I stayed there for a business trip. Great breakfasts in the hotel restaurant. Superb service. Very clean, quiet and great ambiance. The only thing that was a bit of a drag was the internet service which is very slow during the evening, and you keep having to put in your password every time. that is the only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. Everything else was awesome

Very Modern and secure
This hotel does bot have the curved arquitecture that appears in the photo, but it is modern, very clean, etc. Its located about a miel from the center of town, on a very nice, and long, avenue (Reforma)that takes you to the nicest park and the museums. On sundays (7 to 7) it is mainly closed to traffic, only bikes and joggers are permited on 6 of its 8 lanes, and it is fun to see. I left my computer in the room at checkout, and got it from the main desk the next day. My only complaint was that thay trully charge for amenities. Wi-Fi = $17 per day. If you have a laptop, you can have a very good breakfast or lunch at Carlos Slim's Sanborn restaurant, where wifi is free.

Dated but good location, great breakfast
Went for NYE and to see family. Showed up at hotel on the 30th at 4 and they had no power-nada. They said it would be back on "soon". We went to another town and checked in on new years day. The comped us breakfast for the remaining 4 days and refunded our two days with [...]. All on all it us a good safe location, little dated but still nice for the price.

Great stay
Was here on business. Very comfortable and clean. Needs a bit of paint and paper and a little plumbing work (leaky tub faucet). Other than that a great place to relax after a long day.

Great Hotel
This hotel is beautiful and it has a great location. The front desk was friendly and efficient with check-in and out. We had a nice view of Reforma from our room. We also enjoyed a relaxing dip at the pool. The restaurant (cafe miro) had very delicious (but expensive) food. I recommend the Pepito sandwich.

Awfull Service =(
IT IS SUPPOSED IT IS ONE OF THE EXPENSIVE HOTELS IN MEXICO CITY!!! The room has mosquitoes, next morning at the check out, the front desk guy was very uneducated and rude. (I asked the concierge to keep me my luggage because I had to do my business at the city) when I back to the hotel, I realized I forgot the parking ticket on the room, it never appears they say the cleaning maid throw to the trash can, i Rent a car, and when I asked to get the car they opened the car and I can put my luggage on, but this guy kept the keys with him, like if I were a thieve (I mean they already has all my house information and company information)to kill the bad experience at all the young man that were "on charge" claim me $100 pesos because he said in the front desk somebody told him "I haven't had money" - I was push by him to show the hotel receipt again but his attitude was very rude too. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!! I'LL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN IN MY LIFE!!!
