Don't turn into second class guests!!!
The facilities are great, as is the location. However, their staff treat people who have prepaid their rooms as second rate guests. According to their policies, their "real customer" was orbitz, or whatever, and since you didnot pay directly, you don't deserve any explanations or considerations. If you had any problems, however small, they referred you to orbitz, since they were the real customers!!! Don't make a mistake! Choose another hotel. They didn't even want to give you a check out receipt since (you guessed it!) YOU ARE NOT THEIR CLIENT!!!!

Awfull Service =(
IT IS SUPPOSED IT IS ONE OF THE EXPENSIVE HOTELS IN MEXICO CITY!!! The room has mosquitoes, next morning at the check out, the front desk guy was very uneducated and rude. (I asked the concierge to keep me my luggage because I had to do my business at the city) when I back to the hotel, I realized I forgot the parking ticket on the room, it never appears they say the cleaning maid throw to the trash can, i Rent a car, and when I asked to get the car they opened the car and I can put my luggage on, but this guy kept the keys with him, like if I were a thieve (I mean they already has all my house information and company information)to kill the bad experience at all the young man that were "on charge" claim me $100 pesos because he said in the front desk somebody told him "I haven't had money" - I was push by him to show the hotel receipt again but his attitude was very rude too. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!! I'LL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN IN MY LIFE!!!

Visting from Puebla
The hotel boasts that the rooms are 68 square meters. That cannot possible be true. Also, we paid for a room called The Level Deluxe and the employees at the front desk had no idea what that included (breakfast, snacks, use of business center, free internet, etc.). The location is ideal. The rooms are dark and small. Also, the bathroom wasn't very clean. I would probably stay there again for the location, but the visitors must remind the hotel staff what comes with their room.

There are no good places to eat around the hotel. I would recommend visitors to take a taxi to Polanco and look for restaurants in that zone.

"Don't do it"
Hotle not very accomodating, poor service and annoying constant knocking on doors from housekeeping despite do not disturb sign. Didn't feel that warm hotel feeling I usually get while on vacation.

Great location
I forgot my ATM card at an automated teller machine in the lobby of the hotel Melia, and someone took it and used it to commit fraud. There were no video cameras near teller machine.

The hotel staff is very friendly. The hotel is very nice. It is in the business district of La Reforma. We came in late so that changed our reservation but they were very accommodating.

Dated but good location, great breakfast
Went for NYE and to see family. Showed up at hotel on the 30th at 4 and they had no power-nada. They said it would be back on "soon". We went to another town and checked in on new years day. The comped us breakfast for the remaining 4 days and refunded our two days with [...]. All on all it us a good safe location, little dated but still nice for the price.

OK short stay
I have stayed here several times. The quality of the hotel has gone down a bit. It is getting a little ragged around the edges. The noise level was higher and the staff not as friendly.
