The hotel is ok, the restaurant is good, however, I booked this hotel because I wanted to stay IN the airport, not 15 minutes away from it. The hotel name is misleading. They take you in a shuttle to the hotel and the service is good.

Location misleading
The distance from the airport was different from hat shows on your web site. According to the driver it was about 15 miles which in this area of high traffic is a problem for an hotel "close to the airport"

Limon Trip
No airport pickup...3 phone calls, each time they say heavy traffic, on the way. After waiting 2+ hrs I went to the Ramada Inn therefore paying for 2 hotel rooms as the first hotel had already deducted from my credit card. Very, very disappointed

Excellent attention to the customers
It's in good location. Excellent customer services., but the problem is the rooms the need to remodeling. They said they will be double tree soon, but the need to improve

Considering we stayed during the Swine Flu epidemic, the hotel was very accommodating. Good staff and great big comfortable bed and great showers!
