Policies & fees
The hotel is undergoing major renovation that will be finished at the end of 2014. The hotel Lobby and Lobby Bar will be under renovation beginning September 17, 2013. All other restaurants and hotel facilities will continue to offer full service.
Access to the hotel will only be through the Campos Eliseos Street Entrance. Valet Parking and bell staff are available at all times to assist guests. Lobby level will be closed. Reception Area will be relocated to the first floor and access will be by the escalator located just opposite the hotel entrance by Campos Eliseos. Concierge Desk and Bell Service will be also relocated to the first floor.
