Hard to sleep
Nice place, but "hard" to sleep
The rooms were very spacious and clean; there was a great view from the 11th floor. The service in general was great and the staff were very polite and helpful. However, my biggest compliant was the beds; the mattress was terribly hard, like a rock. The first night was a nightmare to get comfortable and the next day I woke up with a severe backache and neck-ache. The following days, my body got more used to, but now completely. In addition, my parents' room was in the first floor and from their room's window you can see a bar/restaurant. At nights, this restaurant bar was very busy, therefore, my parents had to experience loud music and verbal and physical fights from that bar. Needless to say that they had a hard time trying to get a good rest. Especially on the weekends. After a few days, they asked to be moved to another floor and the staff did comply.

My experience was perfect, the hotel could have not been at a better location it was close to everything and the price was even better. The room was big and well I had a wonderful experience and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice for fast trip
The hotel staff are very polite and responsive with speaking English receptionists. The location is in down town, which is perfect for foreigners. It is around 30 minutes from the airport by taxi. Unfortunately, in the nights the noise comes from the street through the window and from the corridor through the door. Wish to take earplugs with me. A bed is a bit short and hard but it is Ok. The breakfast is not included for such kind of order and costs 100 peso. In general it is a nice hotel for a short visit and for such price. Perhaps would use it again.

San Marino is San Marvelous!
Great location only a few blocks from the Embassy, in the great area of Reforma! Can't beat the value. The staff is most hospitable.

Rio Tiber out the front door boast at least a dozen great restaurants and delicious taco stand ( Don Guero).

Excellent pied-à-terre
Une chambre grande et bien équipé, quoi qu'un peu vieillote. Le vrai point négatif est la télé trop vieille et fonctionnant moyennement bien. Très bien placé pour ceux qui veulent être à proximité de la Zona Rosa. Le métro n'est pas très proche mais très facile d'accès.
