The hotel is located at walking distance of old town - rooms are very tiny but, functional, food is clean nothing special. Staff is just terrible as they are not trainned to be nice or even kind to guest -- very shocking coming from other places - Good Morning and good evening sir/madam is just something from out of this planet - Guess manager must be the same as I never seen them after 3 weeks here.- Price is good - cheap hotel and vey good location - If it wasn't for staff I would come back - But, will not recommend it as they do not make you feel at home at all.

Helpful Staff
We were only here for a quick overnight, but staff helped us with local directions, an early morning wake up call, and an early morning taxi to the airport. The room was small, but modern, clean, and very comfortable. Overall, this was a great value.

The rooms are small but comfortable in this relaxing hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great location, right outside of the historic centre.

Great little breakfast place right around the corner. Take a left out of the hotel and then another left at the first road.

Great non-smoking room
Hotel located in Down Town Mexico's City, several people understand that a hotel in the down town is not quiet, bu it's installation are excellent to take a rest. Nice room. In my opinion good hotel and excellent service.

Not suitable for a family getaway
This hotel has mosquitoes, no AC. I am amazed that it is marked as 3-star. Its staff in the La Bufa restaurant refuse to speak English (only spanish). During an initial dinner we were charged more just because the waiter was unable to understand what we spoke. In general, a No-No for anyone visiting Mexico City.
