Excellent restaurants and taco stands all within a few blocks. the street food is the best . Don't miss the Sunday market fair 2 blocks from the hotel.

the hotel has everything you might need. The gym is small but adequate, the breakfast is great, and there is good internet access. Best of all is the proximity to Av. Insurgentes with great bus service. The area has tons of restaurants and taquito stands and is very safe. Only complaint - my room had a bad view and the staff just could never seem to change it to a better one. Were they hinting for a bribe?

11 day stay here is the good and bad
This Hotel is great for anyone who is just in and out for business. The employees are very nice and very helpfull.They need a better check in and out system not enough employees. The rooms are great except I wasnt excited about the vanity sink not being in the bathroom. I shared the room with a business assoicate and it isnt personal and in fact I know my girlfriend wouldn't be happy with that set up. But the rooms were very clean,Big and comfortable. The gym was the worst. The treadmills were fair to poor with no how to use instructions.Almost everyone who tried to use them had a problem. The worst part of the gym was the weight machine It will get you hurt. It was the worst machine I ever saw becasue you couldnt use it. I satyed for 11 days and was so annoyed about not being able to work out. They had no weights at all.They told me I could use the Crowne Plaza which had some weights and the same machine which also didnt work. The food was fine and there is plenty of things in the area and I felt very safe. Bellini's restaurant in the WTC is a must to experience as it moves around so you can see the city from the 45 floor. Overall I think I would make this a top pick

Clean and convenient
Great service, except for a little confusion where they thought i hadn't paid for the rooms when i made the reservations through [...].Not a lot of personality in the decorations, especially in the common areas. A lot of it seemed under construction or random. The restaurant was more like a cafeteria. And the gym was tiny.The free breakfast was much appreciated and well-stocked, albeit it became a bit repetitive.

The traffic can be really bad, so taking a cab doesn't help to save time. The metrobus is a great service, it's just in front of the hotel (on insurgentes). It costs $1 for a card, and 50 cents per trip. It can get crowded inside, during weekdays, but you get places fast.

Good location, good service
Breakfast area should be improved, too small and not enough information on display with food/ beverages. More important: Needs to add safety boxes on rooms!!
