Hilton Mexico City Reforma - Watch out before you book...!!
I had booked three nights at this so called luxurious hotel for my mother who was attending a conference in Mexico City. No doubt the Hilton brand reflected on the cleanliness, comfort etc. However, one thing that's absolutely shocking and hard to believe is that, this very Hilton brand hotel does not provide free Wi-Fi internet for it's customers and the room rent per night was no cheap either....$120 bucks! You got to be kidding me.....to charge for frikkin internet service too????? Absolute ridiculous.....I mean it. I have got free Wi-Fi internet for petty and cheap places such as Motel 6, Comfort Inn, Red Roof Inn and the like....why NOT @ Hilton???? Another bummer......this Hilton Hotel does not provide courtesy shuttle to and from airport. Sucks for the money they charge! Think before you spend your hard earned bucks on this hotel.

Comfortable and convenient
Everyone was very friendly. Every staff member I met spoke English. Very comfortable accommodations (especially the bed, which made it hard to get up in the morning).

Great location great price
The hotel was great. It was in a great location in downtown. Walking distance to "El Zocalo." The restaurants at the hotel were great. The pool was nice. Had to pay ten dollars a day to use the gym.
