Worth your money with glitches!
All the rooms are suites. They are clean and spacious, with a refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. Free wireless internet. Breakfast is included but, not for me. It is centrally located in Zona Rosa. I stay here often for business and always feel safe. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

AS GOOD AS BAD!!
The hotel by itself is great, very nice rooms and perfectly located. But in the other hand, since the very first time we approached the front desk, the staff were unfriendly and really rude. We had problems at night, it was impossible to turn off the bathroom lights, we called them and they said the next day somenone would fix them. Well, they didn't. 3 times we reported it and they did not a single REAL effort to solve the problem. When we checked out, they presented a bill for $ 20.00 USD, for parking. It was cheap... that is true... the thing is they never mentioned during the chek in process that there was an extra cost for parking. We asked for the manager to comment this issue, and the guy in the desk said the general manager was out of town, and nobody was there to hear any kind of comments, and if we wanted, we could come back the next working day to talk to him. JUST RUDE!! It's a shame, the rooms are really GREAT.

Love Mexico City
Great location but needs TLC
The hotel has great location and very nice staff. I stayed there two times so far this year and I have stayed many times in the last five years and I must say the last two times I have been very unhappy with the rooms. I had problems with housekeeping skipping daily cleaning when “do not disturbed” was not on, forgetting to provide soaps, providing enough towels and many times the towels had holes in them. The carpets, couches and chairs do need a good shampoo, they are dirty. Still is not a bad hotel for its price, is quiet, beds are comfortable, is spacious and AC works very wells but I have become very disappointed with the place regarding its housekeeping that I am planning to seek another place to stay next time.

Good deal for the money
We stayed in a two bed suite. This is an older hotel that could use some TLC. The location is perfect if one wants to visit the downtown area. I will stay there again because the cost was really good compared to other hotels in the zona rosa area.

BIG SUITES/BOTIQUE HOTEL FRIENDLY STAFF
The Zona Rosa has changed in the last 5 years, for the worse. I have had offices in the area since 1992 and could walk the streets in the late night hours and feel relatively safe. No longer the case. Still, if you need a central location to downtown, shops and local the ZR is still happening. The Eurostar is a nice 'botique' hotel offering 60 suites that are clean (with the exception of my carpet)large (3 seperate areas)mini bar, wet bar, microwave, 2 TV's. The staff was very courteous and, helpfully, spoke English. I would stay there again, and fully intend to do so on any business trip which requires me being centrally located.

Money-saving tip:
Short drive from hotel
The taxi's at the hotel are larger, clean, safe and very reasonable. Example: the trip to the airport was only 170 Pesos--about $13 US rather than the normal $25 which you pay the airport taxis.
