It was a nice room and the staff was very nice. It was close to the us embassy where we needed to go. The breakfast was nice for the price. I would stay there again if I needed to go back to mexico city.

We have stayed at Eurostars for the last eight years, usually two or three times a year. We like the location, the staff and the breakfast. This time we needed special help and the "desk" was just amazing. We cannot wait for our ext visit.

Well-located, great value hotel
Centrally-located hotel (close to the Angel de la Independencia) at a good price. This hotel might not be at its prime anymore, but is nevertheless a better option than most hotels of the same price category in the area. Highly recommended.

Great hotel, easy walk from Insurgentes
Great hotel that is an easy walk from the Insurgentes Metro stop. The hotel was clean, quiet and well-appointed. Although it is not nearly as fancy as some hotels in the area (i.e. Hotel Geneve), it is ideal for business travelers and families. Made for a great last day in DF.

great value
I didn't have any problems with this hotel. Everything was clean and the staff did their job. The location is definitely amazing considering the cost. Tons of restaurants to choose from, and very close to many of the sights.

Bath jets are almost as good as a massage
This hotel could be great with a little bit of detailed work restoring or tidying up furniture and fittings that are a bit dated. However, everything is in really good taste and the bath jets are amazing. All the rooms are suites (this was a surprise, despite the name of the place) and there is plenty of space. The staff speak English and were kind and helpful without exception. The location is good if you want to visit the major museums. The surrounding area is safe but a bit of a tourist trap.
