In the last year I have stayed in many hotels in Mexico and in Mexico city this is one of worse hotels the lobby was dirty and not up to standard to the normal Mexican standard!, I arrived at 3:30 my room was not ready and I was told 5 minutes which turned in a half an hour! And know appology! The towels were old and had started to loss the seem! My shower door needed a handle! There was no soap in my room and only after I complained did they put it in my room! They had only one iron and ironing board for the whole hotel! The place need to be painted again!

not what we expected :(!!
my husband & i stayed here in april 2012 while visiting with family. the hotel was not the pic on their website. we were greeted & given our keys. we had 2 rooms. OMG the 1st room had not even been cleaned yet. does anyone check b4 the next stay? they had it cleaned while we checked the 2nd room. it was ok. we chose this hotel bcuz it included an kitchenette & save a lil $$. if you choose this hotel bcuz of budget just bring some things with you like wash rags & toiletries. we had to buy them @ wal mart. the beds were very uncomfortable & hard :(. after this experience we will not stay at this hotel again. it's true, you get what you pay 4. stay @ your own risk. ooo u have 2 ask 4 the remotes 2 the air & tv @ the desk.

Good value for the price
The hotel is in a good location, it is clean and the rooms are spacious (with kitchenette/living-room). They are not the most modern rooms or infrastructure, but it you are not looking for luxury stuff it is cheap, clean and the people are really nice. I thought it was a good value for the price

Just take a lookaround
What costs little is little esteemed.
[Good Things] 01: I reserved a single room -> Luckily got Queen size bed room.(Room#303)(But unfortunately not needed.) 02: Easy access to the main street.(Paseo de La Reforma) 03: One of the person at the front desk speaks a little of English.(But you better speak in Spanish.) 04: Nice smile of the front desk lady.(It depends on you.) 05: Simple coffee maker.(But I didn't need it.) 06: Safety deposit box that you can put a B4 sized Laptop PC. [Bad Things] 01: I got bitten by some insects at the bed.(Not mosquitos.)(You better ask for full bedmaking.) 02: Even the windows was closed, rain will leak in.(It was hail season also.) 03: May be lack of amenities.(No shampoo, no toothbrush.)(bath towels, sanitary papers, soaps are okay.) 04: You can hear the cellphones vibration of the next door.(May be no privacy. You have to whisper when you talk.) 05: Low WiFi connections.(Disconnection occurs very often.)(You better go to Starbucks which locates near.) 06: No foreign money exchange at the hotel.(You have to go to store.(You can find by the main street certain.)) [Conclusions] 01: "What costs little is little esteemed." 02: Soak a tourist is habit at anyplace.(Don't pay through the nose for.) 03: The more you ask, the more you pay. It's more or less, not so bad, not so good.

I booked what I considered an
I booked what I considered an inexpensive hotel and the main reason was that I was visiting my girlfriend and was gonna be really busy as we had lots planned. So I only needed somewhere to stay at night. I checked the photos online and from the photos it looked fine (especially for the price) and hoped that the place was as nice as in the photos. I was pleased to see that the room looked just as nice as in the photos and had king size bed to sleep in. So I was very pleased. Also the room had an on suite bathroom and kitchenette. The lighting was also complimentary and had an clean, calm and safe atmosphere. There was also a safe, a modern flat-screen TV, air con, cupboards, a table to eat at and general tasteful decoration. The place was also kept clean. Yes I would happily stay there again. I haven't really got anything negative to say about the place and the friendly people who run it.

Not So Great
While the staff of the hotel were friendly and helpful, including helping with laundering some pants that had gum from the Metro, the hotel room was "less than desirable." I could hear the guests in the next room, the wireless was undependable and the amenities (furniture and condition of the room) was less than average.
