We liked the hotel a lot. It is very clean. The decoration is minimalist with good taste. The Employees are very nice and kind, always willing to help. The only suggestion I have is that they need English speaking personnel. The location is great, close to malls, theaters, restaurantes, museums, and transportation. We definitely will make this our favorite hotel in Mexico City.

Great time visiting family
This is the second time I stay at City Express. It is a very modern hotel, with a great service. It is clean and very well located. I will reccomend this hotel to my friends and family. I would suggest to have a radio to play music in the rooms. Overall I had a great experience.

It was quite and clean over Insurgentes avenue, close to south city business area.

Long walk from hotel
You can walk several blocks towards the south by Insurgentes and reach the corner with calle La Paz. This street is a nice dinning zone with a lot of restaurants along three blocks.

Decent overalll business hotel
Had to prove that the hotel was prepaid or I would have been charged twice. Fortunatley, I had the confirmation from orbotz to prove so. No iron or board, hairdryer in room but per memo was available at front desk.

My stay at the City Express teatro was enjoyable. I was in Mexico City for a family wedding. The hotel was within walking distance of the Church and the brides family home. The continental breakfast was excellent. My only complaint is that the hotel tried to charge me again at checkin, Orbitz didnt provide my payment information.
