Some difficulties

Two problems: 1) I have to request to cancel breakfast charges wrongly included (my reservation included breakfast) 2) They mishandled my lugagge They didn't put one of my luggage in the taxi I took to the airport (they sent it later in other taxi). Looks to me they were more interested in managing their comision with the taxi driver that control my luggage.

No sleep and oops so sorry

One of the two nights I stayed, I couldn't sleep at all thanks to a bunch of drunk men, women that were having an extremely loud party in a room on my same floor. I called management at 3:00am, they came up, people were softer for like 5 min and then again, back to the party. Next morning complained with the general manager of the hotel and her answer was: oops, sorry about that. Person that gave me a massage was really good and nice.

Camino Real Revie

The hotel was great. We got a weekend rate of about $130 which was a total steal given the great location. The room was clean and comfortable. Reps were great. Enjoyed the room service and food was delivered in 25-30 minutes every time.

Room service may seem pricey but is a good deal compared to the prices of restaurants in the area.

Good hotel, clean, friendly staff

I recommend staying at this hotel. Nice rooms, friendly staff. I stay here most of the time I go to Mexico. A couple issues - very far from all major attractions in Mexico City and sometimes only one person at the front desk helping many people (so it takes forever just to get your parking ticket stamped or even to ask a simple billing question).

(+) Good location, staff was very kind, nice room, spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good. (-) Asked for a wake up call but the front desk forgot it, got late for my appointment. Wi-fi was paid, but very slow connection.
