price for value

for the price of this hotel the only thing you get is a close location to the airport, rooms are small and very noisy, there were detonations all night, and you have to pay extra for internet, not even free on loby

Shabby

This is not.a 4 star hotel. The carpet in the hallways is dirty and torn up. The walls are dirty and in dire need of painting. The corridor and floor we were in smelled of sewage. The room was decent, but that's it. Expensive, for what should be a 2 star hotel. Good location.

Big charge for internet

It is a very nice hotel, good service, food, etc. Just a couple of warnings: 1) The Business Center charges about $.50 per minute ($30.00/hr) to use their computer to go on line. This really irked me and is a deal killer for future stays. 2) It is within easy walking distance of Terminal 1 but if your flight lands or leaves from Terminal 2 you got to walk a ways then take their "areo train."

Good location but basic, charged me twice!

Only a good choice due to the location being next to the airport for an overnight stay as landed late. Overpriced but was cheaper than the other hotel options close to the airport. Paid on the full amount but upon arrival at the hotel, was informed that they were not used to the online booking system and insisted I pay an additional $60.00 USD even though I produced a receipt for the booking. I had no choice but to pay or no room. The following morning I had two hours of waiting to see the Manager to request a refund of my $60.00 USD which I then had to haggle for. Overall an unpleasant experience but I had a good nights sleep, the location was convenient and I was eventually given the $60.00 USD.

Very convenient location - airport

This is a great place to stay if you're catching an early flight out of Mexico City. Of course one would never stay here, if it wasn't for the convenience of the proximity to the airport.

Average at all

It's good if you need to stay near the airport, but it does not offer you any extra service, not water to take in the room, very expensive internet service ($20.00 USD dlls) It's fine only for sleep and go out the next day.

Great Hotel for Airport Stay

We use this hotel often for staying overnight after a late flight to Mexico or before leaving on a very early flight. It's clean and very well managed. My only complaint is that there is no internet included with the room charge and what they do charge for internet access is excessive to say the least. That's a second-rate hotel policy in what would otherwise be a first rate hotel.
