289 rooms distributed over 17 floors: One Presidential Suite, 3 Executive Suitesm 43 Regency Club King, 23 Regency Club Double, 71 Deluxe King, 148 Deluxe Double. All rooms offer individual air-conditioning, colour TV, mini bar, key card, safety box, telephone line with direct long distance acess and voicemail, alarm clock, bathroom with bathtub and shower, hair dryer, coffee maker, bathrobes, iron and ironing board. The Regency Club Rooms are the rooms suites located between the 15th and 18th floors of the hotel offer a spectacular city view. The exclusive lounge on the 17th floors serves daily Regency Breakfast, featuring a wide variety of juices, fruit, cereals, cols meats, fresh bread, coffee and tea. In the evenings, guest enjoy a delicious selection of cocktails, canapes and drinks.

Wonderful service in a great location
Service was perfect. Everyone was friendly, polite and helpful. The hotel restaurant had some of the best food- perhaps the best- that we ate in the Yucutan at a price much less than a comparable U.S. hotel. The pool was gorgeous. Best of all, it is 1 block from the Paseo Montejo (the gorgeous historic avenue lined with amazing buildings). A small local department store as well as international retail and coffee stores are close as well. It is a short, inexpensive taxi ride to the city center.

Visit the cenotes ( a natural spring pool that is part of an underground cavern) in the area! Amazing!

Great vacation experience
The buffet had a good selection of native food, tasty and healthy food, my favorite was the red and green juice! Clean, comfortable and a friendly atmosphere, great service from the hotel staff. I definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

One night in Merida
Only there for a short overnight, but had time to spend in their very nice bar. Close to downtown Merida historical sites.

Fantastic Trip
This was not my first time at this hotel. I like the hotel very much. The only thing that I would change is the pool area, it is not sunny enough and too windy to enjoy. Otherwise everything is excellent.

It is a great Hotel to stay in this beautiful city. The only things that need attention from the Hotel is to renovate the rooms. They are outdated. The personel in the front desk need to be friendlier and faster. My check in took too long.

visit the tourist organization and venture out to beaches,haciendas, and arqueological sites. the restaurant la alondra serves delicious local dishes But go to the one in downtown because there is another one at the fiesta americana hotel.
