The service was perfect I had a really a very good experience , when I booked it I have no idea about the Hotel I choose because it was near from downtown. I could swim in a beautiful pool, I received a espectacular masage, i really enjoy my stay

Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. Very comfortable rooms and impressively decorated in a rustic/contemporary style. Ideal location - 2 minutes from the city center, but just far enough for the noise of the city center to not be an issue.

Fantastic Hotel-Romantic and Quiet
Hotel was first class. Had an issue with booking but the Owner took care of it and my staff was perfect. Rooms are simple and beautiful. Staff are incredibly friendly and cannot do enough. Swimming pool is smaller but perfect for such a small hotel. Only 8 rooms in total. Breakfast especially Mexican is really good and served with real pride. I have stayed at some very expensive hotels and few to none compare to this. You are five blocks from the main square so do not need a car. For a Romantic couple of days this is a perfect spot. More for couples than familes but that said there were a couple of families staying who made use of the pool. Just a great place to unwind. Now staying at the Hyatt in Merida and missing every minute of the Hacienda Merida.

Sightseeing tip:
Short drive from hotel
If you can go to Celestun. You can go by bus. Nice beach and great boat trip to see the Pelicans. Take the boats from the beach rather than from the official center. Cheaper and much more fun. I have done both and would highly recommend this as a side trip.
