Not to be remembered!!!

Upon checking in we were told by the CityExpress employee that he didn't know what [...] is and that the printed Confirmation that we had in hand was NOT confirmation, but just a request for a room. A terrible terrible experience. Took forever to work it out.By 7:25 pm we were told we could have a room but we would have to go away and come back later as it wasn't ready. The room smelt like sewer. You advertise this location to be at Calle 45 which means 45th Street when it fact it is at 21st, so we drove around FOREVER looking for it. All in all... a very bad experience.
