Our trip experience in Las Hadas
All the amenities and service were excellent. The only unexpected shock was the final internet charge for using Wi-fi service on my Android phone. Most of the big hotels and resorts do not charge for wi-fi services except for Las Hadas and that was a totally disappointment for four days of Wi-Fi service we were charge an equivalent of 60 dollars, so be AWARE of using your laptop or SmartPhone in Las Hadas! totally a rip-off!!!

Dining tip:
Short drive from hotel
There are local restaurants that serves excellent steaks and seafood for fair prices. As far as the hotel restaurants Breakfast and Dinner were expensive and not that good. So if you want to save money go to local restaurants like "El Vaquero" and if you want to try seafood go to "Mariscos DoƱa Concha"

Great time with one exception.
Everything was great about the hotel except there was a plumbing issue in the next room and it caused our room to get flooded. I had to call maintenance twice until someone came to clean our room, this made us loose part of our morning. Other than that everything was great

Great location, great views,great room
We stayed at the Las Hadas Marina and Golf in Manzanillo for 3 nights. We booked at the last minute and got a fantastic deal on a fantastic Brisas Club room. Our room overlooked the pools, the marina and as well as the bay. What attracted us to the hotel was the Las Hadas golf course, and as guests of the hotel we recieved a 50% discount on golf, and cart fees. The Brisas Club deal included continental breakfast every morning along with a complimentary happy hour every evening from 5:00P.M. to 6:00PM. The bartender, [...], was a real gentleman, making the experience memorable. He served us our favourite drinks like we were VIP.Our stay was pleasurable, and we would definetly stay there again.

Locals Only
I travel a lot and we had a wonderful time in the Colima area. Most people know Las Hadas has gone down hill since "10" and its heyday. The people working there were mostly nice. We had grumpy breakfast attendant. At all levels the staff was second rate. Our room wasn't all that clean. The front desk staff took forever with every little task. One time I waited at the front desk to ask what the internet code was for 20 minutes before giving up. I was never acknowledged. The room had a great view and it wasn't crowded. Las Hadas seems to be catering more to their local customers, as they should. Because of their new lower standards, it is less of a value.
