Set in a tropical beach named Santiago Bay all your feelings will be exposed to create a unique experiences. During your stay all family will live wonderful emotions. Only 20 min. away from the international airport in Manzanillo. This all inclusive hotel has daily activities programmed making difference at any moment with the live nightly shows.

Loves the Beach
A very Mexician family ambiance
The location of the Resort is very attractive due to the beach located next to the Resort. It is what made us return after our first visit in 2000. Staff is friendly, place is overall clean, but there is a lack of consistency in service particularly with towel accessories and general clean up of the room; a lack of detail to cleaning up of old bad paint on walls, ceramic tiles etc. in rooms and around the resort; an over anxious waiter staff to take plates away before finishing meal (particularly in reserved dinner resturants); [...] the Manager is an asset due to his command of the English language and his great personality. However, if the Resort attempts to attract English speaking customers, more fluent English staff around the resort would be recommended.

Unbeatable for the price
This was our second time there. We loved it so much the first time that went back this year again. As usual everything was great, the food, entertainment and the weather. The public relations Mgr. is the best person I've ever dealt with. He's there 24/7 and makes sure everything is to your liking and makes your stay a wonderful expierence. The drinks were great and plentiful. Everything is within walking distance,(Wal-mart,KFC, Burger King, curio shops etc.). A ride on the buses to the city of Manzanillo is 40 cents ( 1/2 hr ride). The beach is nice and clean and relaxing. The resort itself is kept very clean. The employees very friendly & courteous. If you're looking to get away for rest & relaxation this is THE Place to go to.

very family friendly
We were greeted almost immediatly upon our arrival. After checking in another employee took our luggage to our room. We arrived after 6:00p.m.. we went to have dinner at one of the resturants on the property, normally one needed to made reservations, we told them we just got there and they seated us for dinner. Very nice and accomidating. We met some wonderful people that worked there and visiting.The food was very good and so were the drinks. they used the good stuff. The entertainment was also very nice. If you take kids there is alot for them to do. Alot! We would do it again in a heart beat.

Shopping tip:
Short walk from hotel
There was shopping very close, just across the street, but not alot. One could walk a little further for something like a circle K and a few resturants. For a long walk one could walk to Wal-mart or the shopping mall (very nice). If you don't want to walk take the bus only .60 cents.
