Great Time in Manzanillo

When Checking in the front desk lady was kind of distracted, she forgot to gave us several staff like air conditioner remote control, tv remote control. the staff in general was very friendly and the rooms very clean. some issues with the parking because not a lot of space. the beach is amazing, food was good, location great, I really enjoy my stay in this Hotel.

Quiet & Relaxing

I've been to Manzanillo several times. This was the 1st time at DCI. We were there in May 2012 and what I loved the most was that it was quiet! The food was good and the pool was very clean! Since the hotel is located on a hill and the street/sidewalks are cobblestone I suggest a good walking shoe (ladies no heels) there are numerous stairs & a steep ramp/hill. I would not recommend it if there are elderly or disabled people in your party. The beach area is small (most is big rocks). overall I would go back.

Street/sidewalk is cobblestone so wear a good supportive shoes. Ladies I would NOT recommend heels or any other "pretty shoes"

Average Stay

The location and views from the hotel are excellent, though there are submerged rocks all along where the surf breaks at the beach access, making it a poor place to swim. But you can walk next door and use the beach access from Las Hadas, which is all sand. Being on the peninsula, there are no services within walking distance except for the store and restaurant on the premises and the restaurants at Las Hadas. But there is a bus that runs regularly. I had to pay the full high season rate even though it was September. The staff was pleasant and the restaurant pretty good.

The restaurants at Las Hadas are double the price and they are not much better than the one at Dolphin Cove.

Great cozy Inn!

The Dolphin Cove is a great place to stay! The views from the rooms were very nice and the staff was very friendly! The place has quite a bit of stairs and ramps, so be prepared to exercise a bit getting down to the pool or the beach. Although it's a walk, it makes for a very unique hotel. The rooms were clean and and having a kitchen with a stove, microwave, mini-fridge and even dishes and cookware made it very affordable to eat in our room. There is even an on-site little store to buy groceries. The location of the Inn is a little far from the main road in Manzanillo, but other than that and a bed that was a bit stiff, the Dolphin Cove was a great choice!

Charming and Sweet

We snorkeled and swam - spent lazy days playing on the beach and swimming in the pool. The restaurant at the hotel is cheap and clean and offers great food. We also cooked a few meals in our unit/apartment. A very relaxing family vacation!

Great place to relax in the sun

The staff is so friendly and helpful. We had two problems in our room that were fixed immediately. The room was clean and the view from the terrace spectacular. Great location for those wanting peace and quiet. Not good for handicapped or if you are unable to climb stairs, as this place is built on a hillside.
