Bachelor party, group was split up

Everything was fine. Except my brother got escorted off the property before check in was completed. There was a misunderstanding with management and they escorted him and a friend off the property. Trip was prepaid. My brother and friend had to stay at another hotel and 10 of us planned to stay together.

Perfection

Came to this place for a bachelor party. As soon as I walked into my room I knew we picked the right location. The fridge was stocked with waters and beers. Above the fridge were four bottles of hard alcohol. All this at no extra cost. They even refill everything the next day if you drink enough of it. Cab ride to downtown was only $15 total. So cheap. 20 minute walk to downtown along the beach as well. If you are looking to have fun this is the place to go! (and El Squid Roe at night) Also, make sure to find Delfino. He will be a huge help in making your trip that much more enjoyable. Best server I have ever had.

Worthless

This place is old and uncomfortable, here is list 1,location is far from down town 2, beach is useless, also ocean in front of the hotel has rock that means there is no activity around this hotel's beach that means you have to walk for a mile in hot sand or get the cab 3, this place is old and even door doesn't open with Card and you need to keep your key with you at the all time and if you lose them they charge you, 4, every thing in the room is old including all the sheets that have hole in them or towel that scratch you body, 5, no internet connection in rooms unless you pay and only 90 minutes per day if it get connected (didn't work for 5 days I was there and none of the staff could help) 6, I understand all inclusive means cheap booze but what they serve people was poison (I have stayed other all inclusive places) 7, Quality of food was super bad even in their fancy steak house there were no real steak just piece a meat with a lot of fat around it, sizzler got better steak than this and their buffet sucks even more, they serve you same food day after day until was finish never do fresh food, 7, pool were dirty and you can smell vomit, urine and all kind of smell from that stupid nasty water 8, place was full of irresponsible who were yelling and screaming all night and hotel management didn't do anything about it, TOTALY USELESS MANAGMENT

Disappointing All-inclusive

The room was not very clean. There were bugs in the room. I kept waking up with insect bites. The service was good and the staff were friendly but I would never go back to that resort or any of their other resorts. The food was awful. We spent more time at the marina because the food was so disappointing. I would probably stay closer to their if I ever decide to go back. Also, August is a very hot, humid time to go to Cabo...and everything is located outside.

Bachelorette getaway

The pool, rooms and unlimited alcohol were great! The food was terrible at the buffet and for our three night stay they could only get us into one of the sit down restaurants on the third night (you basically can never get a reservation for the first two nights of your stay). They were unable to accommodate our group with rooms next to each other which we has asked for months in advance and the front desk staff was incredibly rude when we were talked to them about it. Other than that is was a decent choice for a wild bachelorette weekend.

Riu Santa Fe

Great location, great pools, great drinks, but the food at the resort was not great. Not much variety at the buffet. Ended up going out a lot for food (downtown). The restaurants at the resort weren't as good as promised as well. Also, if you look young then expect to climb some stairs to get to your room. No elevators in most buildings, which sucks when you've been drinking. Other than that we had a great time with all our friends that came along.

Girls trip

The staff is very nice. Entertainment is average. Pools are great, the pools closer to the lobby more relaxing and great swim up bar. The pool closer to the beach or as we and most called it the "spring break pool" that pretty much sums it up for that pool. The beach was great volleyball nets lots of chairs, need more umbrella. The only problem there is the people selling stuff, it's roped off but still very close to where you sit. And the sellers are between you and getting to the ocean. Not good. Food was good, it's buffets pretty much the same thing everyday.

Don't know if I would return ....

There are pro & cons for the hotel. Cons are limited wifi (only 90 mins per day and only in the lobby) & maybe purchased for a fee. The food was always a hit & miss... Breakfast had a large variety but speciality restaurant (Asian) was awful. Expired drinks were in the room frig. Pros are the pool activities were fun. Variety of pools to choose from, house keeping was good and resort had nightly entertainment. Overall, don't know if I would return.

Great Time

I spent a week at this hotel with my boyfriend and 2 other couples. it's a huge resort so be prepared to do lots of walking. some pools are a little dirty while others are cleaner... this hotel seems more for a younger demographic so I suggest families choose another hotel. there are different pools though that fit for families and another that's for the drinking crowd . there are no elevators which was a big thumbs down for me because we we're put I the last floor so having to walk up and down 5 flights of stairs wasn't fun. overall this hotel was a nice hotel lots of bars and entertainment and the food was very good too.
