Pleasant, but returned ear;y with food poisoning in 4 out of 5 in our party
The hotel is clean and pleasant with a couple of nice pools. I cannot however recommend this property; we took the all-inclusive option and it was not worth the money because the food was not good at all. 4 out of the 5 people in our party came down with severe food poisoning. The hotel would not cover the cost for a doctor visit and we returned early to the US so my two toddlers could receive medical attention.

this trip sucked!!!!!
we booked the Dreams resort in Cabo in Dec., when we got there 5 hrs late due to bad weather in Dallas we were told, they had over booked and sent us to Zoetry. It hrd 40 rooms and was like staying in a Monastery. Only 1 restaurant, no entertainment, bar closed at 11:00, we did not receive $200 in resort credit, the food was par. It is not what we paid almost $3000 for. On our way home, our flight was cancelled and were forced to stay another day, in a creeped hotel, and we lost a days work. This was the vacation from hell, and we feel we should be compensated.

Outstanding getaway
Excellent place to go and just relax in the sun. Food was outstanding with several places to eat when ever you wanted to. Several activities available to participate in with an outstanding hotel staff.

Food & Pool need Overhaul
The hotel was very far from everything. The staff was great, the room was great and the spa was great. The food was terrible and the pool was extremely dirty. This was the first time I went on vacation and actually lost weight due to the horrible food. I refused to eat it because it was so bad.

Beautiful Resort
The views, the pool and the beach were all amazing. However, we were very upset when we witnessed on two different occassions guests having sex in the main pool. Luckily our children were not present at that time. The main pool was their party pool so we chose to relax in what we called the quiet pool for the remainder of our trip. All the staff was very friendly and knew our names within the first few days. Our rooms were very nice and clean. The food was edible and their drinks are so so with very little alcohol. The house wine they serve was awful and if you wanted another type you had to purchase the bottle. All in all it is a very beautiful resort with great service, but they need to improve in the food in beverage area.

Poor food!
The hotel and staff were great but the food was horrible. The refridgerators and lamp shades in the room were old and dirty but otherwise, it was great. Only one of the five restaurants were worth eating in. Would not go back.

too expensive for amenities offered
My neices wedding was superlative due to the weather and family and friends But unfortunately,there were problems with the staff eating the wedding cake, serving chicken instead of steak etc during the reception at the hotel.

no beach
Not a resort just hotel without a beach that you can swim in. stay away if you have a choice. I would not recommend or stay at this HOTEL again.

Kentucky Gentleman
secluded and relaxing
I loved the location and seclusion. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was first-class. I was most disappointed in the room...not very clean and was given two standard beds for a couple....however; the resort made up for the bad room. I had a wonderful time! Wished I had bought more from the vendors on the beach....they really had some great deals. Very family oriented.
