Cold feeling not cozy because of all tile floors Locaion is very good
its ok but really cold feeling because all of the floors in the rooms are tile ,does not feel cozy at all , if you have a car you have to give the keys to the valet guy and tip him every time you want to get your car because only they get to park the cars in a underground parking lot there is no self parking at least i did not see one, what is really good is the location ,lots of restaurants outside and a shopping mall next door is good too.

I hate dirty Bathromms and towels!
When we came into the room the towels were dirty call the reception to have them changed. They sent someone and said all towels were the same, stained. The shower was dirty and we could not sleep because of the noice!!!!! You can hear cars, buses and construction!!

The main street is absolutely busy! Like a big city, take José María Morelos instead of Blvd. Adolfo López Mateos.
