Hotel not as advertised!! There is a swim up bar in the pool but nothing at the bar, so you can swim up to it but you won't get anything but a stool. They told me they would have a wait staff roaming every now and then to take orders,but only saw this happen once in the three days. The bathtub and sink in the kitchenette were filty. Little tiny ants in rooms. No ice machine although they will run some to your room but only after you ask at desk and then get them your ice bucket (I guess they have no extras). There is supposed to be an 'adults only" pool but there were kids in all pools. Staff started making noise and talking loudly in halls before 8AM...and it echoed badly so it was like they were in the room with you. The suana was locked and if you wanted to use it you had to find a staff and get it unlocked. The hot tub/spa didn't work. We will never return.com11
