Isla Mujeres Palace Beach Front - All Inclusive-Couples only

This resort is exactly what we were looking for - a quiet, very clean, laid back paradise!

Service is fantastic. In two days all staff call you by name. Food is great and the all day buffet is nice for mid-afternoon nosh. Bar is top shelf brands and wines are very good. Best I've hadin all inclusive. Do not miss the hammock garden. A little bit of heaven in the breezes.

We recently returned from a one week stay at Isla Mujeres Palace. The hotel rooms and grounds were extremely clean, staff was friendly, and ocean views were excellent. Breakfast and lunch food was typical of an all-inclusive resort, however less variety. Dinners were far above average for an all-inclusive.

best vacation ever! staff was fantastic, rooms were great. food was good, had ups and downs but over all, a good experience.

We had so much fun! The staff was exceptional, they made us feel like we were the only people there. If you want a relaxing time we highly recommend this hotel.

From the moment we arrived, we felt that this was definitely the right choice for our vacation.

My husband and I traveled to Isla mujeres for our honeymoon, we could not have chosen a better resort. The isla muejres palace is an adult all inclusive resort. Their food is AMAZING!!!! as well as the service. If you don't see anything that you like on the menu just ask for it and they will make it for you. At the resort you will mostly see couples and it's very mellow and relaxing, so if you are looking for a party scene this is not the place for you. The rooms are incredible, all rooms have a jetted tub, there is a bottle of wine when you arrive, and you can keep ordering bottles of wine free of charge, the rooms also have a mini bar, and room service is also complimentary.The only downside is that next door to the resort there is a club where rowdy crowds arrive throughout the day and part of the night and you can hear the noise mostly at dinner time. Other thatn that the resort was just perfect.

we saw only about 5 other couples there throughout our 5 day stay. swim up bar does not open til 11:00 am & even then u are lucky to get an employee there. Music was inconsistent and random. Food was okay, but not great. Poor evening entertainment.

This is a great hotel, on a quaint island. They have nightly activities, hosted by the very awesome and charismatic [...]. We visited the hotel in early July. We had one sunny day and the rest was spent indoors, avoiding the storms. I recommend this hotel, but I would also recommend doing more research about the weather on the Island and Cancun, before traveling! When it's raining, there's really not much else to do except drink and eat. Also, the food wasn't amazing, but it was plentiful.

If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy the sun this is the place to be. The staff are outstanding! The food, rooms, pool and everything else was excellent. Staff are so friendly and eager to please. The rooms are beautiful and even includes four different top notch bottles of liqour (Absolute Vodka) in your mini bar that is included in the price. Room service anytime of the day. With [...]credit you can choose massage, upgrade your room to Ocean view, swim with dolpins. The island people are very friendly and it is very safe to travel at anytime. If you have extra clothes, shoes you don't need anymore please take them on your trip and find someone who could use them because these people certainly don't live with luxuries that we have.
