The hotel was constructed with a Spain colonial architecture and counts with a 40 spacious rooms including our 6 suites. All furnished with balcony, air-conditioned, sky TV, telephone, safe-deposit box.
Within the facilities there is a pool, kids pool, free wireless internet access, travel agency, bilingual doctor, restaurant, bar and parking lot and a meeting room with capacity up to 70 people. Ideal for small meetings. The staff will make you to feel like at home while you enjoy your vacations at a far price.

Calm Beach Getaway
The hotel is located just across the road from the bay of Chahué, which is in reality much more beautiful than the nearby Santa Cruz. You can't see the bay from the hotel, but it is a short 5 minute walk to the water. The hotel is also within 15 minute walking distance of the small downtown area, good for eating and souvenir shopping. The staff was great, the room was beautiful, and the hotel pool was nice.

Instead of going to the Villablanca beach club, go to the one nextdoor--better seating and better dining for about the same price!

Great value
couldnt have chosen a better location in Huatulco if you love to walk as this hotel is central to all areas for exploring on foot. A walk into La Crucecita is only 15 min. And is very safe and well lit at night. Also, the beach club is across the street. The food is good in the dining room and one can order anything not on the buffet for no extra cost. Rooms are very clean. Try not to stay in a room that has a door adjoining the room beside it as you can hear EVERYTHING!! Overall, we would definitely stay there again when we return

kids holiday
it was perfect for our boys -this was there break from school and i wanted them to have a safe place to stay. They loved the pool and hopefully didn't play too much to annoy the other guests. I have stayed at the Villablanca several times and have always found it perfect for me.

You can't go wrong
A wonderful family-friendly hotel with great service. I stayed here on three different occasions during my extended stay in Mexico. It is very popular with Mexican families which creates a warm and festive atmosphere. The on-site restaurant serves a fabulous buffet breakfast when the hotel has enough guests to warrent it. It is an overall great value for the money.

Entrega beach is popular with families. It is a short taxi ride from the hotel. Good for snorkeling and swimming. Small restaurants serve a variety of fresh seafood.

A Great Value
Wonderful service. Very attentive. The pool was great for my six-year-old. Delicious buffet breakfast with a huge variety of fresh fruits, freshly-squeezed juices, made-to-order quesadillas, and several other hot dishes.

Great location to experience Huatulco
VillaBlanca is a beautiful, clean, older hotel that is centralized in the heart of Huatulco. The location is wonderful for 10-25 minute walks to Santa Cruz or downtown La Cruceita, or a 5 minute walk to Chahue Playa to enjoy the magnificent sunrises or sunsets. The beach attracts alot of locals for morning workouts or runs on the beach. The staff at VillaBlana were always friendly and so willing to be helpful in any way. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. We totally enjoyed our room on the streetside to enjoy the life of the city coming alive in the morning. The birds were wonderful to watch in the palm trees. We will definitly go back again and again.

Truelly experience La Cruceita. Walk to or take a two dollar taxi ride into "Central" and enjoy the Zocalo "park", in the middle of town, and shop the stores. Feel their culture. Sit at a resturant and enjoy lunch and watch the buzz on the street. Don't forget to go to the historic church and visit the weave shop a few blocks out of town.

Nice older location
Did not spend a whole lot of time there but the time we did spend was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was warm and quite. The food was good in the open air restaurant.

Unbeatable for the price & service
The manager and all staff went out of their way to be helpful. The location is excellent for walking to the beach. Great breakfast, plenty of fresh fruit, real orange juice,excellent smoothies & coffee. Rooms are nice size;the hotel is best suited for people looking to experience more of Mexican culture. Quiet,lay- back environment where one can relax and enjoy the sunshine. We have booked a 3 month stay at Villa blanca Jan-March 2011. Excellent value for money.

Villa Blanca--good hotel in Huatulco
Villa Blanca is an excellent smaller hotel near the beach in Huatulco. It is a 20 peso ($1.65 USD) cab ride to town, La Crucecita, and maybe a 4 minute walk to the beach club at Chahue Bay. The hotel staff is just great -- friendly, helpful, capable. The room was cleaned well every day. Pool is good sized, with a shallow end for children. The hotel is building an addition but the noise from construction never bothered us. [...] great rate, less than $ 50 USD including taxes. One caution --- our "junior suite" involved a 12-step stairway up to the sleeping loft; be careful in the dark or if you've been drinking. Breakfast was included, sometimes a la carte and sometimes buffet (when there were more guests), always quite good with a lot of variety. Although this hotel is not on the beach or right on the main plaza in Crucecita, I think that may be an advantage --- cheaper, quieter, and easy to get anywhere you want. (But if you want "in town," check the Mision de Los Arcos.)

Two of the best beaches for swimming and snorkeling are Playa Entrega and Playa Maguey. Take taxis there, inexpensive. Both have a row of palapa restaurants where you grab a table for the day and buy your food and drinks from them --- more expensive but definitely worth it when you consider the shade, service, bathrooms and the beautiful beach. You'll be stopped in the parking lot by guys who want to take you to THEIR restaurant; usually that works out, or you can tell them you want to look first. They're persistent, but we found it worked out OK.
