You will discover nine beautiful bays almost unexplored, surrounded by 34,600 acres of lush vegetation and the 36 sandy, clear beaches that Huatulco offers to the visitors in a paradise secluded from the rest of the world.

Huatulco has a sub-humid climate, with minimum temperatures of 57 Fahrenheit during the winter.

Enjoy fishing, snorkeling, diving, kayaking, rafting, sailing, touring in yachts, four-wheel motor bikes, horse back and bicycle riding, coffee plantations tours, handcraft shopping as well as one of the best golf courses of Mexico by the sea.

Would definitely return

Check-in was a breeze; requested a non-smoking room but they were on the first floor with no windows. So we moved to a smoking room with a very nice balcony. Rooms were spotlessly clean, beds a little firm but not too bad, sink is outside the bathroom. Shower always had good water pressure and hot water. It looked like it was brand new tile. It was very hot while we were there but the air conditioner kept the room cool. There is also a screen on the patio door if you want to keep the door open. Rooms come with 2 bottles of water every day; iron and ironing board and coffee maker. The pool is very small (perfect for children) with only several lounge chairs. There is a computer in the lobby you can use for a very small fee. Two restaurants are on the property, one of them is the only vegetarian restaurant in Huatulco. La Crucecita and Santa Cruz are a short cab ride away (20 pesos) but we walked to them every day (15 minutes). We like to eat at different places so we enjoyed being able to walk into town for breakfast and dinner every day. Food is very reasonable in town. Although this hotel is not on the beach, you can walk to Playa Chahue (10-15 minutes) and there are 2 beach clubs with restaurants, pools, and lounge chairs. The one on the right as you are looking at the ocean is free. You can also take a cab to any of the other beaches for a very reasonable price.

Sightseeing tip: Short drive from hotel

Cab rides to beaches are pretty cheap and each beach is different. La Entrega is great for snorkeling ($5 a day for snorkeling equipment), Maguey for just sitting around. Conejos is a very secluded beach that you have to walk through a 10-minute path to get to but well worth it. And the best is San Agustine, about a 400 peso round trip cab ride or can go by boat, but beautiful beach with snorkeling. However you can get there, get there! Would return to Huatulco just for that beach.

Real Mexican vacation

The hotel was comfortable and we were made to feel special. [...] was adept at his art and always gave us great ideas for beaches and restaurants and delighted with his creative drinks. The nearby beach club was a great place to chill although the short trips to snorkel in the bays was well worth it. What struck me most besides the friendliness of the inhabitants was the overall cleanliness of the whole area. We will return.

Clean and nice

Very nice hotel, small, clean and close to downtown and beaches. The food could be better, more options for breakfast would be nice. The staff was great, nice but not overwhelming. The only bad thing is that the hotel does not have elevator, so if you need it is not a good option. A jacuzzi would be a good idea after those long walks...

"Wonderful place will go back again"

This hotel is wonderful. Only having 20 rooms it was so nice and quiet and clean. The staff is friendly. Hector the manager is very nice. The restaurant food was wonderful. I would highly recommend this. The only small thing wrong was the fitness room was small and not air conditioned but that was a very minor detail.
