Mr. Happy Stay
Very Satisfied...
Super Service!! It was great right from the start, my family was staying at the same hotel and they relocated me to a room next to them, no problem. The bad thing was that the room's patio door lock was not functioning, but facilites maintenance responded in a matter of minutes, if not seconds, to try to repair the lock but couldn't, so they moved just a room over. The rooms are also very clean. Negative- hotel is not too centrally located in town, but a short walk equals good dinning.

Several great restraunts just West of the hotel, one on the same side and four on the opposite side ofthe street. The best steaks on earth are in Sonora State.

The faicilty was adequate for my needs. I did not see a pool in my hotel I believe there was a small one. Room service was prompt and toilitries provided fine. Considering this city is not a tourist destination overall I have no complaints.

Quiet Friendly
The hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It was quiet, no loud neighbors, The food was good and it was centrally located. There were things to do at night within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. They were a little slow on the check-in, there was only one person hence I stood and waited for longer than necessary. Other than those minor inconviences, it was a good stay.

Good for Business
The hotel is good but the Pool is not, its a cover pool so the water is really cold! So we did not enjoy the pool.
