Some good , some bad
Overall the hotel was a pleasant experience. Clean and neat with friendly staff. I had a "junior suite" which had a small kitchenette with a couch and table and chair. Bedroom had the tv and a large bed. Balcony had a hammock. The property is a short taxi ride from the center of Guanajuato. There is a supermarket across the parking lot from the hotel. My biggest complaint was that the hot water in the shower only seemed to be available after 8am or so. I told the front desk and was told "sorry", but no action was taken that I know of.
