Very good and convenient.
I went on business, and found out that internet and all needed things to work were there. I´ve been in other hotels there, and they are not so comfortable.

It was a nice hotel, with very
It was a nice hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff. Location, however, is quite far away from the city center, although a $30 peso taxi ride will get you there quick. They also have a nice tour arranged from the hotel to the city, which takes around 3-4 hours and takes you to all the important places. My only negative comment would be the lack of soundproofing of the walls/doors. We could hear straight to the hall and next door room, which was quite annoying with kids running around.

Camino Real, Guanajuato
The hotel is reasonable well situated however not in the centre by any means, walking to the centre takes around 15 minutes or there is the taxi option and keep in mind an up and downhill trek but not strenuous. The hotel looks good and certainly staff are pleasant however I found the place noisy. The communication between hotel staff seems de be to physically go and see rather than communicate through the radio system which resulted in many knocks on my door to check if the room was cleaned, to check the mini bar was full, to check...... I look for a level of service less obtrusive so won't be going back

Cheap modern furniture and poor redesign
A bit dissapointing as this hotel has been redesigned like a modern hospital. We don't see the hacienda and the bar was even closed as it was the barman's day off!!!! Unlucky to stay in a empty hotel. Long Check in to get one of the empty rooms.

The Most Beautiful Hotel in Guanajuato!
This hotel is perfect and comfortable. It's not in the Centro, but it didn't matter. It only took like 10 minutes to get the Market Hidalgo, which is a very nice walk.

Gracious hotel, warm and helpful staff
The hotel is beautifully designed, creatively built in and around the remnants of an old hacienda. The first room we were given was a bit small for two, so after we talked to the very helpful front desk staff, we were immediately moved to a larger room, which was perfect. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous, with traditional Mexican and international breakfast dishes and wonderful service. In a quiet part of town (the plus), but a bit far from the historic center (the minus). Overall, however, the trip into town was not a bad walk or cab ride, and the beauty, serenity, and good service of the hotel more than compensated. We would definitely stay at the Camino Real again.
