This hotel is excellent for business or short stays. Its a very clean hotel with a very convinient location close to shopping center . Great value. The staff is very friendly. The junior suites are big and confortable. I will definitely comeback to this hotel.

Hotel is in very good location, bus to travel to small towns around Guadalajara is at walking distance. Also like 5-10mins from downtown. Bad service when checking in, they did not want to give me the room I reserved,[...] Toilet was not working properly. On a good note room was very spacios very nice view to a main street where there was a parade going on. Restaurant is not too good and they take really long to serve eventhough there was barely customers. Overall I would rate it a 3 out of 5. I would not stay in the hotel again, I have stayed in many hotels in Guadalajara, and this one was a disappointment by comparison. Yet it may have just been a bad experience.

excelent instalations and staff

this hotel is situated in a great location. walmart is just across the street. rooms are clean and spacious. they only offer free water bottles on your first day, but you can purchase water at walmart.

Went to San Juan - Saturday - stayed at hotel since Thursday afternoon Had reserved king size bed no smoking section - did not have it had to settle for king in smoking area - smell bad - cigarette bad smell I have always had the room as chosen especially with as much notice as given on this trip.

Good location within walking/taxi distance of the historical sites, and Walmart across the street(best xcange rate).5-star-like for price with helpful Englsh speaking vallet drivers. Spacious lobby, nice restaurant and large pool. Slightly understaffed, no ice machine and room service takes 45 minutes for anything. No microwave or refer in room and checkout long process to check mini bar. Took 2 hrs to get towels and about 5 hours to get second room although busy day. Clean no AC temp controls.

The hotel in question is not an appealing one. This hotel has multiple issues to prevent from living up to even the worst expectations. This hotel is located in what seems to be the worst part of town, far away from any attractions. The hotel itself is old and dated. The furniture looks like it hasn't been changed since this hotel opened. Everything looks old and feels dirty, including the beds. The water in the room was dirty (it wasn't clear, but rather a light brownish gray color), preventing me from feeling comfortable when I showered or brushed my teeth. Some of my family members even obtained rashes from said water. The overall experience was terrible.

Is in downtown, near museums, san juan de dios, etc... The stayed was nice and the staff is really nice. Nice rooms.

The hotel was average! The food threw me off a bit! The salsa (served with every meal) was below average. Watered down. The Filet Mignon did not resemble Filet Mignon at all. Overall the accomodations were not that bad! If I were to go again and not be spending my time at the hotel during the day, it would be fine. Unfortunately my plan was to spend my time at the hotel and this is not the hotel for that. You definitely need to go out and spend little time at the hotel.
