The hotel's architecture is contemporary with 4 towers and minimalist decor, designed for both business and leisure travelers, in company of colleagues or the whole family. We have pool and gardens for adults and children to enjoy fully your stay.
We have a total of 80 rooms, classified as Executive Suites, Superior Suites, Junior Suites and Diamond Suites, equipped with large beds and all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Some of our rooms have kitchen equipment (great for longer stay travelers) and some with jacuzzi. For your convenience, Suites Carolina also offers a gym to avoid losing their routines, the Restaurant "La Giralda" featuring traditional Mexican food specialty, business center with useful services such as photocopying machine and audiovisual equipment; lounge events, non-smoking rooms and free parking. Our services include internet access in public areas, air conditioning, telephone and fax, wheelchair access and currency exchange. For your care, we provide safe, fire safety and security personnel.
Free transportation Service subject to availability and prior reservation. Pets are welcome at extra cost.
The entry of pets is subject to the signing of a letter of regulatory and political conditions and the following: The hotel reserves the right to refuse admission if guests want to register another type of pet. The maximum weight is 36 kg. pet. Limited to one pet per room. There is a fee of 38 dollars and 16 dollars per night. Only accept dogs and cats.

- JUNIOR SUITE
- Junior suite is a large comfortable room with one king size bed, sofa that could be used as a double bed, kitchenette with stove, refrigerator, microwave oven and a dining room, hotel cleaning services, Excellent for long stays, also includes free wireless internet, free parking, Coffee maker, safety box in your room and hair dryer.

Fantastic Couple's getaway :)
We stayed in the Diamond Suite and the room was absolutely beautiful. The bed was so comfortable. I didn't really see any nearby restaurants and it was quite a way from the airport. Two things that kind of bothered me...the microwave did not work and the jacuzzi only had cold water so we weren't really able to use it. I would still recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Guadalajara.

Good Hotel for Buisnes
The hotel was nice, are like a little departments, the personal are very kindless, here only have one problem, dont respect the price, when i make the check out, the personal of reception told me that the price anunced in the web page was a mistake, that was a web page mistake, so, they force to me to paid the diference, i think this never need to pass, and less at the next day, when you make the check up, if have diference, i understand, always can be, but, advise frist, not when you take the service.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The food is very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and had evrything it advertised. The room was a good size. I would definitely stay there again!

just ok
Went to Guaadalajara to visit my sister Firts day we did not have any control and they could not help with the air conditioner so that was a hot night an other thet house keeping left our door open for almost all day until we came back and the bed is a little hard

moody people in the morning (front desk)
After arriviing at 1:30am.The front desk said we needed to come back at 9:00am.or be charged an extra night.We went and stayed at another hotel until then that was not to our surprise freezing.The next morning she informed us that our reservation hadn"t been received yet with payment.Then after about 2-3 hours later they received an E-Mail confirmation.Then adding insult to our unpleasant night she says they gave you the hotel nights nearly for free!Then we finally went to our hotel room and called our [...] information to try to see why our reservations weren"t their much earlier since it was booked a week ago,only to find out that at the end of our stay those 2 tel. calls cost us $70.00 dollars for 34 minutes.Note to future fellow travelers use your own cell. tel. or something else?

Perfect,enjoyable, friendly spot!
The Carolina Suites Hotel is one of the nicest places I've stayed on vacation. It is not a luxury hotel, but I felt luxurious staying there. Everything in the spacious room was in good condition and in good taste. There was a complete kitchenette, and a safe in the closet for valuable items. The bathroom was clean, with a large shower. The cleaning staff was excellent, and all employees were very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast buffet was wonderful, with a chef and a cook to make omelets, plus many choices of hot foods, pastries, and fruit. There were nice tablecloths on each table, and the service was excellent. The grounds were perfectly groomed, with beautiful flowers and trees, and comfortable lounge chairs, and large towels around the lovely pool.
