Hotel with colonial character

This colonial-style hotel has lots of character with carved wood throughout, lava stone stairways, and a historic building just off the main plaza. Secure parking inside the hotel building.

Heart of Guadalajara

When I travel, the hotel doesn't matter too much as I try not to be in it, but this was a very beautiful old building with a nice and friendly staff. Only thing missing was a fan in the room.

Excellent location and service

Definitely a hotel I would both recommend and visit again. The service was wonderful and I really enjoyed the uniqueness of the jr. suite. The location could not have been better as it was right in the heart of the plaza area and within walking distance of the main market, restaurants, museums, theatres and cathedrals.

Everything was great! The hotel

Everything was great! The hotel was clean, located in the best of locations. Our room was very quiet (we stayesd their for 6 nights.) The service was excellent and the wireless Internet worked the first time - and for the entire 6 nights. We would not stay anywhere else.

Very good hotel in the heart of

Very good hotel in the heart of Guadalajara's historic district. The hotel itself is part of a historic building. The room I was assigned was large, extremely comfortable ans spotlessly clean. Great choice for travelers wishing to be close to the centre of the action and lodged in a hotel that has all the historical flavour of colonial Mexico.

Best hotel in downtown guadalajara

Best hotel experiance. The staff was friendly and very attentive, they did everything with a smile and were accomidating. The hotel is beautiful, nice pool area and the restaurant is amazingly beautiful and delicious. The rooms are spacious, especialy the restrooms. Our room had a big sliding doors leading to a small balcony with view of the pool courtyard. Everything was very clean and the rooms were cleaned and restocked everyday. It is also within walking distance of all tourist points. Also provides wifi.
