bathroom, location, and staff
there are roaches coming out of the bathroom. they caim that it is located downtown; however, this is not true. I asked for directions and I was told that the place I was looking for was two blocks away, and it turned out to be six blocks down the road.

The hotel was very clean, but with some details: spyholes on doors missing in both rooms, door handle in one bathroom not working properly). Two very small, but nice, pools. Restaurant looked expensive, but there are many options nearby.

Mostly positive
Great location for business with a Sanborn's restaurant /emporium type of store across the street. Never enough bath towels. Very good service attitude and very friendly people. Great rates. Would stay here again, but bring my own extra towel.

Sanbornes is right on the corner. Great for shopping, especially any necessities you might need. Also has a restaurant with good food for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The city center (Zocalo)is great for walking, eating or looking through the local flee market. You will need to take a cab there.

A NIGHTMARE; BEWARE OF [...]
The hotel did not receive cheapticket's reservation, there was no room for me, after a lenghty negotiation with the manager, well into midnight they gave me a lousy room. The next morning they said they did not recieve anything from [...] and that I would have to pay US $200 for that night, when I said I would not, they sent hotel security on me. This was a nightmare, I had to pay huge amounts of money. I'm never coming back to the hotel, and much less will I ever come back to [...]
